- The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Siem Reap, within walking distance of the famous Pub Street and many other tourist attractions. As the hotel is a bit hidden away on a smaller road, it still feels very calm and peaceful. - The infinity pool surrounded by big palm trees and comfortable relax chairs is one of the main highlights of the hotel! The water is a bit chilly, but perfect to cool down as it can get very hot during the day. The pool area feels like a small green oasis, allowing you to quickly escape from the hustle and bustle of the touristy town. - The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always greeting you with a big smile on their face. They are also more than happy to inform you of the different activities and book them for you. - I did not have breakfast included, but had a fresh fruit platter at the restaurant. This must have been the best fruit platter I had during my stay in Cambodia. Very fresh and tasty! They also offer complementary afternoon tea and snacks, which are very tasty! - Our room was spacious, tidy, and had everything needed (well functioning air conditioning unit and a safe for your valuable belongings). I enjoyed the simplicity of the room and the cleanness of the bathroom.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a cozy feel. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything but still quiet. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices. I also loved the hotel’s facilities, which made my stay even more relaxing. What I appreciate most is how the staff really cares about their guests. They made me feel right at home, and that’s why I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks to everyone for another great stay!

Excellent Hotel with a great location, short walk to the centre. Loved the pool & the pool bar, especially as it stays open till 10pm. The cocktails are really nice and all drinks great value for money. The food at the restaurant is amazing and priced fairly as well. The staff are really helpful and organised a TukTuk for the day to explore Angkor Wat, as well as organising a Scooter rental for the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Our stay was perfect!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was located outside the room and was super relaxing, surrounded by nature. The pool was very pleasant—quiet and peaceful—and they served free snacks and drink while you relaxed. The restaurant was excellent, as also the spa. But the best part was the impeccable service, from the moment they picked us up at the airport and welcomed us with fresh coconut (the included pickup is a great bonus). Ben was exceptional, and the driver who took us back to the airport (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name) was also very attentive. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return someday.

Everyone must visit the temples of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat...

Everyone must visit the temples of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat in their lifetime. Amazing!!!! Mind-blowing. Just beautiful. All temples have clean (lots of TP) western-style restrooms with nice restaurants near by. And the Cambodian people are lovely - so helpful and grateful. Don't miss this amazing piece of history. On par with the pyramids of Egypt for "wow-ness" - but a much less expensive trip. And visit the landmine museum and give a well-needed donation. Great vacation destination!!

Visiting Siem Reap is a MUST.

Visiting Siem Reap is a MUST. The 10 primary temples and ruins are spectacular and each has its own unique features. Also visit the floating village on Tonle Sap and bring gifts for the children or buy them at the general store (such as school supplies, candy, etc.) -- and have water shoes or flip flops with you, too. The roughly 4,000 families are very poor, but still live in gratitude. It was amazing to see. Also, visit the Cambodian Elephant Sanctuary, which is small and intimate, and gives you hilarious, hands-on interaction with their three rescued elephants. Near there, you should also visit the Cambodian Landmine Museum, and see a demonstration of landmine removal. It was very sobering experience. If you are really adventurous, spend half a day visiting a firing range. You won't believe what you can get access to there. It's not cheap but is a one-in-a-lifetime experience.

Such a wonderful city.

Such a wonderful city. The temples are amazing, if you don’t like temples there’s so many other things you can do. The whole place is very relaxed and food fabulous and prices of drinks and massages so cheap. It’s so easy to get around walking or by tuk tuk. So many restaurants to choose from. Pub street is touristy but a fun place at night for the young and old. We did a day trip mountain bike riding and another day trip to a wonderful waterfall. You can be as busy or relaxed as you like in Siem reap.

Siem Reap has much improved as an urban centre since infrastructural works carried out with Chinese money during Covid. Coming from Vietnam, it seemed positively modern and clean. The heritage sites around it, Angkor Wat etc are astounding in beauty, design, engineering and scale. Impressing me more than any Maya, Aztec or Inca ruins I have visited. The care given to care and restore for them is v impressive too, putting English Heritage etc to shame. Every Cambodian person I met was impeccably kind and thoughtful. What a wonderful destination.

Wonderful hotel. And just a 2 minute walk from the town, 5 minutes from the centre. Great pool (cool enough to get relief from this hot weather). Gorgeous rooms with excellent housekeeping. Good breakfast. Great customer service from the staff. They helped us organise our sunrise Angkor Wat trip and other trips. I recommend using their driver and guide. So good, we extended our stay 3 times! We've been travelling South East Asia for 4 months and stayed in 36 accomodations so far, ranging from budget to luxury. This is the best one.

The hotel grounds are beutiful and the decor splendid. The place is interesting, clean and attractive. The room was nice, if a little smaller than some of the other equally priced places we stayed in Siem Reap & Cambodia. The room's min fridge was spacious and cold upon arival, which was great tbh. Other hotels you have to have the thing cool down and it can take time. The hotel is about 5 - 10 min to the centre by tuk tuk. It costs about $1.50 give or take at the time of writing. The room is quite and the AC worked well.

An amazing hotel!! I had a wonderful welcome and my room was made available for me free of charge hours before check in time as I arrived on an early morning flight. The room was absolutely beautiful (deluxe garden view double) with a luxury bathroom, the spa was fantastic (highly recommend booking a treatment) and I was treated like royalty throughout my stay. It was quite genuinely the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

This hotel delivered a top-tier experience. The team was genuinely welcoming, and their warmth made a big difference. Situated in an ideal location, it was easy to access Siem Reap's attractions. The pool was a real highlight—immense, clean. My room was immaculate and felt incredibly cozy. Parking was big, easy to parking. Overall, this place combines comfort, luxury, and practicality perfectly.
