Absolutely fantastic, loved this place. Fabulous staff, very polite. We loved our room. Cleaning staff went above & beyond to get rid of mosquito's in our room, even left us incense sticks to burn. Very very impressed 😍😍😍

From arrival to departure our stay at Bronam Residence & Spa was a delight! The staff were all amazing & couldn’t do enough for us. They organised a trip for us to a temple that we really wanted to visit, which was over 100km North East of Siem Reap & a bit off the usual tourist track. Was a very reasonable price & we could stop anywhere we wished. They also organised our wonderful Tuk Tuk driver (a former monk), who made our sightseeing even more fun. Hotel itself was so comfortable & clean, with a lovely rooftop pool with small bar & restaurant area. The breakfasts (we are already missing those wonderful pastries & omelettes!) & meals were delicious, & we always looked forward to a dip in the pool & happy hour cocktails to relax after sightseeing. Smile made our afternoon/evenings by being our DJ, on top of his friendly & attentive service. We extended our stay as we enjoyed it so much, & we’re very sad to leave. All the staff went the extra mile for us, especially Sothy who without her we wouldn’t have been able to get our Angkor passes. Thank you Mr Cha Na, Dawind,Smile, Sothy, Lokhen, & all the staff for welcoming us into your hotel. We felt more like family than guests 🙏

We spend a whole week here and it was incredible. The place is a renovated khmer house, super cosy, clean and comfortable. The room had everything you need, from a comfy bed, aircon, good nice linen, fridge. There is a shared kitchen and from time to time, the staff shared with us cake or some food. Free laundry as well. On top, the couple taking care of this accommodation, Ben and Sihui spend their free time building water pumps and helping with the development of local communities. It makes me very happy to support this kind of people and businesses.

But what truly sets Bronam apart is the outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and personalized. The host and hostess are very very friendly and helpful 😀

The host and hostess are very very friendly and helpful 😀 There are market closed to the home and made some noise till middle of the nights. Off course it is not their fault ... I strongly recommend to stay the house Thank you for your great support.
