I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — including a super comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a great view. Housekeeping did a wonderful job each day, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries. The location was perfect — close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel in Siem Reap. Although our air conditioner broke during the night and we had an early morning Angkor Wat sunrise tour, the hotel quickly sent engineers to fix it so we could still rest comfortably. What truly impressed us was how the staff went above and beyond the next day — we were given complimentary massages, a free room upgrade, and front-row seats to the Apsara show at ROBAM on Pub Street. Ms. chang ly even walked us there herself, which was incredibly helpful given how busy the streets can be. The service was exceptional. The staff were always checking in and ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony and great views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was excellent. A special thank you to Ms. Chang ly — your kindness and attention made this stay unforgettable. Breakfast was also a highlight, especially the noodle soup — absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Siem Reap. Thank you to everyone at Ladear Angkor Hotel!

I chose this accommodation because of the traditional wooden buildings. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, having a verandah overlooking the pool was lovely and the downstairs area was good to escape the heat. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were extremely helpful. We were sick at the time of staying at this lodge and the staff were so caring and helpful. They checked on us regularly, brought us ginger tea, and made sure we had food. If we hadn't lived in Cambodia previously and weren't as comfortable with the language and getting around, I am sure they would have done more for us. The staff are the kindest and most caring Cambodians you will meet and the accommodation is very good value for what you get. Because of the location it feels less touristy. Initially, I thought itvwas too far away from the centre but it's really only a short tuk tuk ride or a 20 minute walk. There are plenty of places to eat and visit over that side of the river.

If you are planning a stay in Siem Reap, then I can highly recommend the Dusit Hotel. Where should I start? I felt at home all around, from the communication before the trip to the transport from the airport to the hotel, everything went excellently. The staff at the reception, who do their job around the clock with great friendliness, are very helpful. The rooms are large and clean, and the chambermaids also work quickly and do their job very well. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is right in the center. Many restaurants, shops, religious sites and also the National Museum are within walking distance. I had forgotten my health insurance card in the hotel during my stay. I was then contacted by Chariya and Lisa via WhatsApp and asked if I still needed it or if they should destroy the card. I was also offered to have it sent to my address in Germany. This is a great service. Every hotel can be proud to have such motivated employees!

I had an excellent stay at Angkor Home 27th! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially loved the location — just a short walk to the city center but still peaceful and quiet. The complimentary breakfast, and swimming pool was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Siem Reap!
