Their owner is a open minded and responsible man with good English standard. Staffs are young and friendly. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with balcony. Their breakfast was awesome. We did encountered difficulties to access wifi in room but they provided solution swiftly. This is what I really care. I do not need a perfect robot, but I enjoy services by good people.

Absolutely the most amazing accommodation in Cambodia. You will stay with family, the owner was super kind, her wife cooked us dinner. Yes, it’s not a 5 star hotel but if you want to try how Cambodian live, you have to stay here. The owner also picked up us from the city.

Beautiful, charming, friendly: just a perfect stay. Mattress was too hard to my taste but I asked and they provided a topper and all was then perfect again.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was very nice with lovely pool and garden. Owner and staff extremely friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was excellent. Side note - most comfortable mattress we’ve had our entire time in Cambodia. We used the toot toot driver recommended by the hotel and he was reliable and knowledgeable, we used him for the 2 days of our stay and would recommend him to get around and see the local sights.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Moloppor villa in Battambang. The pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was amazing — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of choices. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Battambang!

Excellent location for the port. Literally just across the street. The rooms was large and we stayed in an corner room which had panoramic views across the sea port and coastline. The food was amazing. I'm not liking the khmer food so made a nice change for me to eat something more western 😋

Friendly and helpfull family. Supportive to the local community. Nice project. We slept in one of their family-huts. Very basic and therefore a nice and warm experience.

Everything! Setha is the kindest, most thoughtful host you could hope for—nothing was ever too much. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home. Her cooking is absolutely delicious, and every meal felt like it was made with love. There were always fresh mangoes available, flowers in the room, and so many small touches that showed her incredible attention to detail. The homestay is peaceful, well kept, and full of heart. We left feeling cared for and very grateful.
