It is a very nice colonial style building with some amazing, historical details in the room decor. Very comfortable beds and the whole compound is lovely for a couple of nights stay in the capital. Location is good but withdrawn and quiet. Very helpful staff.

The breakfast was ample and delicious. The rooms were not big but they were clean and comfortable, with get airconditioning and nice touches like flowers on the bed and really nice shampoos and soaps etc. It was very easy to walk to the beach, but also easy to get a tuk tuk. Most of all the staff are very hard working, friendly and always happy to help with anything they can provide. Lastly, the pool was lovely every evening to relax and refresh after a hot day at the beach.

My family and I wanted to disconnect from the capital and find a quiet area. We were not disappointed at all by the resort and Kep. The staff is kind, discrete and professional. Whenever we asked for tuk tuk or motorbikes, all was ready and on time. We were in the Penthouse with 2 bathrooms. The AC worked very well. You can also use the fan if you prefer. It was quiet and clean. Mattresses were good. We went in the pool and the staff gave us towels without asking. Breakfast was good with a variety of choices: fresh juices, hot beverage, fried rice or pancakes or homemade bread, fresh fruit plate.

Kep tourism has not picked up like in neighboring Vietnam or Thailand and is probably for slightly more adventurous type of travelers (incl. with kids). Indeed, the city remains very green, airy and offers a truly Cambodian experience. Think crab market with slinging hammocks, mangrove boat trips, secluded pagodas, off grid guesthouses on Rabbit Island (disconnection!), nice dinner by the sea or even a gentle hike in the National Park. Renting motorbikes to visit caves or Kampot nearby are nice add-ons for a longer stay.

Kep was a great day trip for us.

Kep was a great day trip for us. We walked in the National Park, took a dip at the beach, got a beer by the seafront and chilled in a hammock and then got food in the market and a restaurant. We had excellent seafood in the market (squid in pepper sauce for 75c!) and sunset margaritas Parts of the seafront were totally empty/abandoned - empty lots on the boardwalks. It was quite different to what we had read in guidebooks I think. Perhaps development going on? We also had quite an aggressive Tuk Tuk driver who had driven us to our accom the night before follow us from point to point during the day who would not stop engaging with us.. even when we said no repeatedly which made us (2 females) quite uncomfortable, especially arranging Tuk Tuk for our next journey. Having travelled to many other countries in SE Asia before, I found this a lot. Be careful.

We spent 2 nights in Kep on the way to the Vietnam border (Ha Tien). Kep was the most chilled, relaxed place I have visited in Cambodia. Fantastic crab restaurants right on the water, but no tourist markets/pressure to buy things. Amazing sunsets over the gulf and islands each day - lovely place to come and do nothing but wonder around, eat great seafood and relax.

I loved Kep. We stayed here for 2 days, 1 night.

I loved Kep. We stayed here for 2 days, 1 night. Went to the beach, enjoyed crab at the local restaurants and explored the national park. Kep is a beautiful little seaside village with lots to do. You could easily stay longer than we did.

Love.y hotel in an ideal location for Kep Beach and the Crab Market area with its excellent restaurants. We loved watching the world go by from the infinity pool and from our balcony. Special mention to their fantastic chef - the food here is OUTSTANDING. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast here and the dishes were sensational. Highly recommended both as hotel and restaurant. Thanks for a great stay!

We adored absolutely everything about this beautiful oasis in Kep: gorgeous garden, pool and bar, very chilled out vibe and really lovely staff - mega thanks to Jerome in particular who was hugely helpful and kind. This is a really special small boutique hotel at a very reasonable price.
