I loved my stay at this adorable guesthouse not far from the centre of Tokmok. The available rooms were full (which I learned before my stay) so the manager reached out and invited me to stay anyway, indicating I could sleep in a common area (which was fine with me). When I arrived, one of the owners (the son’s father) was constructing a bed base on which he and his wife loaded a new mattress (in a spare room). This is a prime example of the Kyrgyz hospitality about which I’d heard. The house is lovely, the couple are very friendly and helpful, and the food is perfect! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay (and the tour to Burana).

Everything. The house is lovely, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the hosts are amazing! We couldn’t recommend this place more.

Clean, modern, spacious. Very friendly hosts, easy communication. Breakfast served in the morning and Tea and Coffee available 24/7. Globus is just down the road.

We loved everything about this accomodation. We stayed in the glamping house for just one night, but would love to stay longer. Bahram, his cousin and her partner made our stay at Toodo even more enjoyable. They were super helpful, welcoming and all in all great hosts! We spoke with Bahram prior to our arrival via Whatsapp and he responded to all of our questions super quick and was very helpful. We arrived before the check-in time and they welcomed us with tea and let us store our luggage until the check-in time. The house we stayed in was lovely, with the view on the nearby river. Everything was super clean, there was wifi, fully equipped kitchen, so we were able to make our own dinner and there is even a hot shower available! There is even a marsrutka that you can take from the village (the stop is less than 5 min walk from Toodo) to Tokmok, so it si very well connected with public transport, for those who come without a car. We don't have a single complaint and would thoroughly recommend staying with Bahram at Toodo and would love to come back some day!

Great hosts, fantastic food, home atmosphere with lots of animals on the ground.

Nice guesthouse in Tokmok, very useful on the road between Bishkek and Kotchkor/Yssik Kul. Very nice family, breakfast, services and even a swimming pool :)
