Beautiful location on the Issyk Kul lake shore. We stayed in a Family room with a lake view. The room is large and spacious. Very clean hotel. They provide free disposable slippers to wear inside the room. Also provide disposable covers to put around your shoes to keep the hotel clean. Very nice and helpful staff. Nicely managed hotel. Affordable price. Good quality breakfast spread. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the South shore of Lake Issyk Kul.

From the 5-star (is there such a thing as 10-star?) cooking to the comfortable bends and cozy atmosphere of family life, Macedon's house is just the place to be. I would travel to Kyrgyzstan again just to visit them. You will be so happy you stayed here. The only thing to be careful of: you may end up leaving a few kilos heavier because you won't ever want to stop eating.

Nice room in the countryside very near Issyk Kul. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There is a nice garden outside. We had excellent breakfast with homemade jam, eggs, bread and porridge. The family living at the property is very kind.

The host family were great! The mum was very welcoming and she made tea for us instantly as it was very cold outside. She also offered us freshly made bread and home-made raspberry jam which was delicious. The dorm room was already made up, very clean and comfortable. The whole place just had a very nice, family vibe to it. In the morning she made us Aromo (Kyrgyz dumplings) and more bread and tea. We felt really lucky! Her two kids were so cute too.

Such a nice place! The camp was cozy, with greenery and places to sit outside, and right on a really nice beach. Delicious homecooked dinner for 500som, and great free breakfast. Comfortable yurt and clean bathrooms. Staff was really nice and helpful, and even though they didn't speak fluent English, they still helped us reserve seats on a minibus to Bishkek, and made sure we got there on time.
