I would give them an 11 if I could. The guesthouse is a beautiful building with a gorgeous fireplace. Our room was lovely, very clean and nicely decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom is very modern with a great shower. Wifi works well. Meals are homemade and delicious. We had dinner and breakfast and they were both amazing and plentiful. The family is very friendly and helpful and speak English. It is nicer than the pictures show.

Great patio in a quiet village close to the Ala Archa park. Note that if you plan to hike in the park, you will have to get a hitchhike as the start of the hikes is about 9km inside, by road. But there are lots of car going to the start of the park for picnics. The staff was really nice and very helpful. Communication in English on site was limited but translation apps always save you! You can only pay with cash at the hostel and in most places (except for the hotel Oliva) so bring some notes with you.

Staff was amazing, they did their best to make our as comfortable as possible and were very polite and attentive. Guys at reception deserve a huge credit for making a great impression of stay and included breakfast was great with a big variety of foods. Amenities were great, bathroom had anything that we might have needed.

Arrived earlier than the usual check-in time and was pleasantly surprised to find the room ready. The reception staff allowed us to check in early for a reasonable fee, which felt fair and appreciated. The room itself was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was decent — we weren’t expecting much, but it turned out to be quite satisfying. Overall, great value for money and a smooth stay.
