Super clean and reserved environment! Great staffs and customer service too. I was offered two complementary drinks upon my arrival. Also, the rooms had a lot of junk food in it and also, they have really great and tasty meals. I was also taken to the forest reserve with the hotel’s conceirge service for free. Would definitely be going back!

Everything, my Kenyan people are the kindest in the world. They make you feel welcomed and taken care of. I had my 3 kids and they enjoyed everything. The free shuttle ride to Village market, makes things so easy when you just want to go out shopping. The breakfast was amazing. I recommend this hotel to families with small kids or multigeneratinal kids. I will definetly be back.

Great stay in this Ibis hotel with nice views from the rooms on the top floors and of course from the rooftop bar. The bed was comfortable and the room is very clean and stylish with an AC (although yes it’s a bit small for two persons). The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, and the hotel has two restaurants including one on the rooftop that serves delicious food till midnight. I will be back again!
