The property is very luxurious looking and also feeling. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful and beds comfortable. They welcomed me with a dessert plate in my room. Food at The Hide restaurant was lovely, 5 star dining.

Super clean and reserved environment! Great staffs and customer service too. I was offered two complementary drinks upon my arrival. Also, the rooms had a lot of junk food in it and also, they have really great and tasty meals. I was also taken to the forest reserve with the hotel’s conceirge service for free. Would definitely be going back!

The property was amazing for the value , the staff were amazing all throughout the stay and very nice. They made our stay in Nairobi excellent and Ild use them again if I return to Nairobi for a visit and will definitely recommend them to friends. Also breakfast and dinner were amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. I arrived late and they kindly provided a meal outside of restaurant opening hours. The facilities were excellent and a desk with a monitor was available in the room, which was very useful for work. Highly recommended!
