A wonderful experience in this beautiful hotel from the famous Hyatt chain. The room we had was brand new, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness. A magnificent bed with a mattress that was both firm and supportive for the back. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re passing through the capital. The breakfast is very diverse, with high-quality products. I give it 5 stars without hesitation 🤩❤️

Everything about the property was top class including the very friendly courteous helpful staff everywhere. Classy interiors spacious rooms bathrooms with Spanish tiles and both bathtub and shower cubicle. Good toiletries. Good quality coffee and tea in room. Lots of extra water bottles. A very nice gym and a lovely short skywalk. Great plush bed and pillows. Had a wonderful night’s peaceful sleep. Great breakfast spread and a top notch steakhouseTHE HIDE. I haven’t tried their Indian restaurant. Special thanks to Joan at reception David the bellboy Francis I think the trainer at the gym and Stephanie at the steakhouse. If I ever come to Nairobi again I would definitely stay here. I wish the hotel lot of success

Mercy and her team are real gems - so sweet, kind and attentive. We really felt at home! The house itself is beautifully decorated, offers comfortable facilities and has a characteristic charm. The neighborhood (Karen) is very green and safe. The garden was our favorite place - tropical paradise! Let’s not forget the food - we loved everything that was prepared for us.

Great vibrant city with lots of friendly people and way too many places to visit. Thankfully we used an uber equivalent for our travels - traffic can be scary at times :-) Many nice pubs and restaurants to everyone's liking.

I've been to other parts of Africa and on this trip stayed...

I've been to other parts of Africa and on this trip stayed at Maasai Mara, and Lamu on the coast prior to returning to Nairobi. Most visitors seem to travel around the country when there. The trains/planes/buses are not expensive and easy to manage. Food was included in some of my stay; I also ate at small local restaurants and tried street food several times -- always seemed to be tasty and fresh. There are tons of "trips" available for solos to join groups, but they tend to be expensive because transport (gas) costly; entrance to Nairobi National Park now $80 US, extra for special venues (elephant, giraffe rescues). Plus transport. I took a really interesting trip to Gatura Green Purple Tea Farm -- pick your own leaves, learn what you're doing wrong when you make a brew at home, walk through the fields and forest, and enjoy a really delicious lunch with tea in every course! Maasai Mara pretty special, wilderness but impressive and plenty of animals. Lamu very interesting, small old trading town on the SE coast; donkeys; best mangoes ever; good fish; complex history. Hot. Nairobi huge highly polluted chaotic but def worth a visit (National Museum has a ton of info, well worth your time). I travelled on a very tight budget but K has plenty of good cheap hotels (best to always include breakfast) with nice service most everywhere and food excellent quality (very fresh) and not too pricey, try the small local cafes. Lots of poverty and underemployment but the Kenyans I met were welcoming, polite, very soft-spoken and pleasant at every level. Many different languages spoken, altho English available most everywhere. But learn a couple of native words and a bit of history before you go, if you want to be polite too!

Vibrant city, with great restaurants and cafe. I like staying in Westlands for convenience and use of expressway- just 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Karen and less than 10 minutes to city centre.

Really unsafe place, the whole Kenya in general. People are not welcome with tourist at all. They care only to take money without even providing the necessary. For what they are providing the prices are selling is extremely high. Food and water from wherever we ate during 14 days caused us illness. Kenya worth it only for safari 3-4 days are enough to leave the country with good impression. Pick up and drop off from the airport and straight to safari.

, and although my time there was brief, I managed to pack in some truly memorable experiences in Nairobi. A standout part of my visit was definitely exploring the Illusions Museum Nairobi at the Garden City Mall. I had so much fun navigating all the mind-bending and interactive exhibits. It was such a unique and playful atmosphere, and I probably took way too many photos! It offered a cool, modern contrast to the other sights I was seeing and was a great way to add a fun, contemporary stop to my Kenyan adventure. I'm so glad I made time for it during my short stay!"

We arrived in Nairobi around 4am, we were allowed to. checkin to our room early following our flight. All the staff are extremely friendly, accommodating and informative. The guesthouse is great and located close to the CBD. There are a variety of breakfast options and it’s delicious, a time and location is to be chosen as well. The roof terrace is also really nice and sociable. The luggage storage facility is really useful for backpackers and tourists using Nairobi as a base to explore Kenya. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at this hostel twice during my stay in Nairobi. It's located near Westlands in a secure estate and is a perfect place to escape the craziness of downtown Nairobi. It wasn't too busy when I was there but we had fun chilling and chatting in the reception area, watching a movie in the film room, the kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were comfortable with adequate bedding. The bathroom was clean and large with hot water.

The apartment is more spacious than we expected. It was easy to find, comfortable and there is a supermarket 100 m away. Kitchen was well equipped and the communication was good. It was great place to start exploring Nairobi, close to CBD, the National Museum and nice restaurants and bars in Westland. Would stay here again.
