A wonderful experience in this beautiful hotel from the famous Hyatt chain. The room we had was brand new, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness. A magnificent bed with a mattress that was both firm and supportive for the back. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re passing through the capital. The breakfast is very diverse, with high-quality products. I give it 5 stars without hesitation 🤩❤️

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. Nice and clean. Nice and big studio apartment. Everything was great. Breakfast was tasty. Check-in experience was amazing. And the washing machines were very useful. Gym was well equipped.

The pics don’t do this justice. It’s such a beautiful hotel with gorgeous features you only notice whilst here. The sky walk was a nice touch and great for pics. All staff were amazing, Don in the gym in particular was very helpful. I’m sure the staff do so much more and are so incredibly friendly l’m not sure if this is a normal hotel! I spent time at the spa as well and had a lovely treatment that was incredibly relaxing my therapist was professional and courteous. The cocktails were top notch and all the restaurants world class, I can’t wait to come back!

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and accommodated special requests. Spacious rooms and had all amenities. What we enjoyed the most was the music in the lounge, the lunch in the gardens, the conversations with Dan the manager, the homely feel encouraged socialising with other guests. Amazing local culture. Jane, Asanet,Grace were excellent at their care. Definitely a place to stay at again!

Amazing place with the best of the best of staff. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and great shower. Food in their restaurant is fantastic and very reasonably priced. All staff could not be friendlier and very helpful. Right beside all the airlines serving the Mara and regional airports.

We enjoyed spending a week in Nairobi.

We enjoyed spending a week in Nairobi. We learned much at the National Archives, enjoyed seeing animals in the national park, and had fun in a local shopping center. Visitors need to research what to do and be prepared to hire a ride to move around. We visited with small children and felt both overwhelmed and safe during our visit.

Nairobi is a huge, busy, crowded and chaotic city. It's an assault on the senses with all the action and business going on. Our family of six found the people incredibly friendly, with a lovely sense of fun. We were aged between 67 and 17 so we all had different highlights. I would recommend doing the cookery course where they bring you shopping in local markets and you go back to someones flat. We went with Rumma Tours. We took a Mutatu Bus which we enjoyed thoroughly, fun. Walking around the city was very interesting but remember not to smoke on the street or take any photos of official buildings. We didn't know this and almost got arrested twice! The National Safari Park was better than expected but all parks are very costly (I believe the prices have been doubled over the past few months). We did a trip to Hell's Gate and Lake Naivasha which was amazing, even just the drive there and back was an eye opener. We stayed in Lavington which was very convenient and were able to walk to The Mall and to local restaurants.

Overall, there is not much to see in Nairobi.

Overall, there is not much to see in Nairobi. It's not a nice city at all from European perspective. However, it is interesting in some ways. Get a guide and visit one of the big slams, so you'll respect what you have home.

It was amazing couple of days in Hyatt Westlands. Visiting Nairobi wouldn't be full without this hotel. Roy at the reception was very helpful and kind and fast with any request. We had issues with Booking payment and we were able so solve it fast. I enjoyed the view and the food and I would be lucky if I come back.

The hotel is in prime location of westlands. It's close to many high-end hotels as well as many restaurants and bars. For example, the hotel is right behind back of Nairobi Street Kitchen, we could see it from our hotel room. The staff are very helpful and responsive to any questions/requests.

The receptionist helped me arrange a transfer from the airport late in the evening when the taxi I had booked let me down. It was easy to walk into the CBD and to the National Museum from the hotel. Strong WiFi. Dinners in the restaurant were delicious.
