From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. My stay at Deerpark was excellent, at all levels. 1. The Room was very clean and well-designed. The hotel in general is well-decorated with Martha Steward's touch. 2. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you are at home at all times. From the moment you arrive until you leave. 3. The food is just simply delicious and very tasty and fresh. Compare to other very good restaurants in Nairobi or elsewhere. 4. And last but not least, their garden is impeccable. A very good place to enjoy your meal and relax. Overall, at Deerpark stay, is home away from home. Definitely would recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food and a quiet place that feels like home.

From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.
