We were absolutely pleasantly surprised. The hotel more than exceeded our expectations. The staff were fantastically friendly and the customer service was simply excellent. They made it possible for us to check out late, changed our meal times, brought food to our room, etc. Simply great, friendly and attentive. Furthermore, the pool was large and clean, the rooms spacious, clean and beautiful with a great balcony. Best value for money we have ever had.

This hotel is comfortable and family friendly. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The swimming pool is safe, fun and child friendly. The food was amazing and diverse. The location of the hotel is also ideal and close to shops and other amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel is well maintained throughout the day. We really enjoyed it very much and are thankful to the staff for giving us a memorable stay. We were given two of the best rooms with a pool view which was amazing. We thank general manager Simon and the rest of the team Winnie, Alex, Bretta, Yvonne, Winfred and all others. Please keep doing the great work. We strongly recommend this place for a great stay and will definitely come for another occasion .

What could have been a simple holiday turned into something truly special thanks to the Casamia team. From the moment of arrival, everything was done to make my stay feel safe, warm, and genuinely welcoming — which makes a real difference, especially when traveling alone. A very special mention goes to the waiters. Their kindness, constant smiles, attentiveness, and genuine care stood out throughout the stay. They didn’t just serve meals — they created comfort, ease, and a true feeling of being at home. Those small daily interactions made a big impact in my experience of the country. The security team was also excellent and reassuring at all times (including a late-night moment when they kindly helped with an unexpected insect in the room). The driver and all other staff members contributed with professionalism and kindness, creating a truly pleasant and safe environment. The team also showed great honesty and integrity by contacting me afterward to explain that a payment initially thought to be declined by the bank had actually been processed 4 times.

The hotel was new, the room was spacious with very modern decoration. The Walls were clean. The Windows in the room had mosquito nets, so there were no mosquitoes in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had hot water in the afternoon and evening. It was a bit colder water in shower in the morning but as the weather was warm we did not mind. The staff was helpful and very kind. The hotel has the restaurant so you could choose from nice options for lunch or dinner. We enjoyed the eurppean style breakfast that was very tasty. We also enjoyed the swimming in the pool and relaxing in the Garden where gou could spot different kind of animals ( monkeys, chameleons and others). The hotel is modern with african style, so We enjoyed our stay very much being surrounded by African nature. The Diani Beach is 12 minutes by walk or you can call local and hotel tuk tuk for cheap price. The hotel also organizes the trip to Wasini island which we recommend as we were swiming with dolphins and snorkeling in the ocean. The hotel provided everything we needed for our vacation and it was our best hotel we stayed in whole Kenya. Well done to German owners who did their best to fullfil our expectations and needs. Thank youn and we will definitely choose your hotel if we are back in Kenya.
