The room was cozy and exactly as shown in the photos. Levy was incredibly kind and always there to help us with anything. The food was delicious, and breakfast was really good. Waking up to that breathtaking Kilimanjaro view in the morning was amazing. We totally recommend this place 100%!

Kimana Lodge is a great little hidden gem! Located close to Amboseli National Park. Great location to explore the park. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast and food was delicious too! The rooms were modest in size and in line with expectations and importantly very clean. Great value for money, comfortable stay, great staff and loved the view from the roof top of Killmanajaro. Great to crack a beer and watch the sunset

My one night stay at CnC BnB-Kimana was fantastic. The host was very welcoming, something that made me believe that I was in the right place. The place is very very secure. I did not have to worry about the security of my car. About cleanliness, I would award the place an A* I highly recommend the place to any traveler who values comfort, cleanliness and security, among others.

Nice ambience with great view of Mount Kilimanjaro. Lights at night and bonfire were lovely. Very clean place and Samuel was very helpful.

Thank you to the host Thomas for an unforgettable stay at the Glass House. We stayed in the wooden one. The food from Chef Sam was amazing and went beyond expectations. Every meal tasted like it was made with real passion. The packed lunches for our game drives were convenient and perfectly portioned. The beds were soft and very comfortable. The view of Mt. Kilimanjaro was breathtaking. The pool was a little cold but still fun and refreshing. The showers were not heated, but after a day in the African sun, they felt just right. Another Sam, who takes care of the house, was incredibly kind and attentive. He made sure we were always comfortable and set up an outdoor fire every evening just in time for stargazing. Getting there was a bit challenging. We’ve pinned the exact spot where to turn off from the main highway C102 and added a photo for directions: https://maps.app.goo.gl/CYh3SEKKKM2rwhQx6?g_st=aw. The Google Maps route is bumpier, so it’s best to avoid it. This place is truly special and made for an unforgettable experience.

AA Lodge has an incredible location! Just a few kilometres from kimana gate, and with stunning views of Kilimanjaro from across the property! The cottage we stayed at was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. They had a lot of choice in food for each meal and it was very tasty! We saw some beautiful birds and small animals within the property during our stay.

We were really looking forward to this review! I have never written something so positive before. But it wasn't just the accommodation, the whole family and David took amazing care of us in all other things. They arranged not only complete accommodation with full board, but also a Safari, lots of trips and other things that we couldn't do without them. Before we arrived, David communicated wonderfully, he answered everything quickly. He also arranged a taxi for us from Emali to Loitoktok directly to them. We felt like part of the family throughout our stay, at a leisurely pace. Love is born through food and here it is doubly true. How could we not love them when they cooked so well 🙂! They inspired me so much for my kitchen. We didn't lack for anything. Peter's amazing breakfasts were a great way to start the day. Dinners and lunches were lovely in that we had a lovely intellectual chat with them and learned a lot about Kenya and learned Swahili. Bottled water was available all the time. The rooms were clean, cozy and quiet. The bathroom was also adequate and right next to the rooms. I would like to thank the whole family very much for allowing my sixty-year-old mother to fulfill her lifelong dream and for taking such good care of us. I hope this is not the last time we've seen each other. We'll be happy to come back! Asante sana!
