I liked the property because it is accessible and that it is near a mall. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable overall. The dining area is very nice and offers a view of Nairobi. Security is good which added to the safety I felt staying in the city. Good breakfast.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary. A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from. We can't thank the team enough for making our stay unforgettable. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and personal attention, and we’ll definitely be recommending to our friends and family. My stay at Deerpark was excellent, at all levels. 1. The Room was very clean and well-designed. The hotel in general is well-decorated with Martha Steward's touch. 2. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you are at home at all times. From the moment you arrive until you leave. 3. The food is just simply delicious and very tasty and fresh. Compare to other very good restaurants in Nairobi or elsewhere. 4. And last but not least, their garden is impeccable. A very good place to enjoy your meal and relax. Overall, at Deerpark stay, is home away from home. Definitely would recommend it to anyone who enjoys good food and a quiet place that feels like home.

Staying at Kwetu was an absolute treat! From the first day to the very last day there, the staff were attentive, hospitable and professional. Kwetu is a stunning place but even better was the food, safety and ambience! It was our first time in Nairobi and I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else.

The apartment was spacious, luminous, clean and fully equipped. Thorough house keeping everyday. The kitchen has everything you need from pots and pans to cutlery and everything in between to make the self catered experience wholesome. There is a supermarket at the Yaya centre which is super convenient for quick grocery shopping. Jacinta at the reception desk has been helpful and accommodating from the booking process to the last day, always with a smile!
