We had an excellent stay at Asha Boutique Hotel. The location directly on Diani Beach is unbeatable, and the attached restaurant is truly the highlight. Having dinner at tables placed right in the sand with a full view of the ocean creates an atmosphere that is hard to top. The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful, even before we arrived. We had booked a safari lodge in Tsavo afterwards and didn’t know how to get there. The hotel arranged a reliable driver who took us there safely and later brought us back to Diani. Without the team at Asha we would have had to organise everything on our own once in Kenya, but thanks to them everything was arranged in advance and worked perfectly. That level of support made a huge difference. Our room was clean, well-kept and comfortably sized. Housekeeping comes twice a day and handles everything very discreetly. In the morning the windows are opened with mosquito protection in place, and in the evening everything is closed again and the air-conditioning is turned on. It’s environmentally friendly and makes the room very comfortable at night. The pool area is pleasant, massages are available, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing. We truly would have loved to stay longer.

Very well run boutique hotel with kind, helpful, polite and always smiling staff. They worked for us hard from early in the morning till late in the evening.The garden was very well-kept, it was amezing, we felt like being in paradise. The food was so tasty with wide range. We liked every minutes of staying there! Thank you! We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Best what you can get in the area, fantastic choice of wines in the restaurant, good minibar in the room, a lot of sun beds, very nice pool. Staff happy to help, there are a lot of service personnel, never felt crowded or left without attention though the resort was fully booked. Very nice scenery and garden in the hotel, beach cottage is very nice and unusual to live in with great view of the ocean

First and Foremost, the staff were wonderful. That alone would make me return. Charles and Danson were always on hand to help with anything and the friendliness was second to none. Then Charles who looked after the Pool was such a lovely man, with such a lovely smile and chat and again always nice to see him and he kept our pool sparkling clean. Location was perfect for us and used to love getting up early for a jog along the wonderful beach, followed by a swim and then breakfast. Will definitely return to Diana beach.

I can't thank the staff at the Maji enough for all of the ways they made my time with them so wonderful. Communication before and during my visit was excellent, especially when I had to deal with travel delays due to awful weather. They went out of their way to make my birthday a very special occasion. The large room was perfect, and I even enjoyed a relaxing soaking bath. Meals were served with excellent and attentive service, and the beach beds were made with care and comfort.

Diani is beautiful and I work about 1.5 hours away, so I stay for a 2 months every year. I have stayed at many places and this is in my top 3 for sure. I generally hate dealing with the beach boys in Diani but there's nothing any hotel can do about that. This hotel does have great security, so at least there's always something there if you are getting harassed by them while eating or on their property. I appreciate that so much. I felt safe there and it was very peaceful.

Its a great beach with ample outdoor facilities.

Its a great beach with ample outdoor facilities. The only annoying thing is the constant harassment. One cannot enjoy a lazy day on the beach as you are constantly, non-stop being harassed by people that try to convince you in spending your money on nothing.

Diani Beach is a beautiful white-sand beach with lots of restaurants around, making it easy to get meals for lunch or dinner. The thing I did not like about Diani Beach was the number of sellers who were selling things and were a bit aggressive in doing so. There were so many of them; they did not leave us alone. They sold everything from bracelets to offering trips to the nearby Marine National Park.

Beautiful beach, great community.

Beautiful beach, great community. Good local shopping and markets. lots of cheap local taxis. All our meals were prepared by the staff and were delicious so no need to eat out. The staff also did the food shopping and were so accommodating,

Powdery white sand that is very easy to walk on.

Powdery white sand that is very easy to walk on. The reef about 500-600m offshore breaks the outer waves so inside the reef is moderately calm. Water shoes recommended due to sea urchins in some areas. A nice beach for walking, but you will be approached by vendors. A polite 'no' is usually sufficient. Several excellent places to eat along the stretch of beach where we stayed - Nomad's, Faulty's at the Flamboyant, Ali Barbour's Cave (reservation required), and Asha Boutique (Friday night beach buffet).

It’s proximity to the beach. The fact that the villa sits right in the golden sands of Diani beach is just awesome, imagine being woken up by the sounds of waves, there is also peaceful ambience, the apartment is also very cozy and nicely furnished furnished/ well quipped with ac and kitchenette Almost forgot about the swimming pools, it’s just wow. And most importantly it’s only a short drive from the airport .

Our host Caren arranged for our transfer shuttle from Mombasa SGR terminus to her airbnb. Early check in was perfect since we arrived at 5 in the morning! Housekeeping is amazing! The environment is clean and safe. The location is central, easily acessible to Diani Beach and Carrefour among other shopping centres. My partner and i highly recommended booking Palm Paradise Loft!

The place is pretty big and has all you need - two bathrooms, several beds, no issues with the wifi. The owner was super friendly and helped us to arrange local taxis. It's around 10min walk from diani beach, the main shop is also down the road - you can definitely walk or take a tuktuk there. I enjoyed my stay here
