2 staff Ono and Ozaki went above and beyond expectations. I bought two tickets to K Arena next door but I could not download the tickets on the E Plus Ap becuase it was in Japanese and my Canadian phone # was not acceptable. I believe they even used their own personal phone. Much gratitude and appreciation!!

Beds were very comfortable. View from the room was exceptional - both day/night views. I especially liked how the bathroom was stocked with large bottles of refillable soaps & shampoo bottles plus the skincare products. It was not limited to the standard small bottles. Our room was a Bay Club room and it was nice to have complimentary access to the Bay Club Lounge on the 25th floor and the complimentary drinks in the frig. Location is excellent!! Train station - Sakuragicho within close walking distance, shopping, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, drug stores, entertainment all within Queens Plaza and Landmark Plaza totally amazing!! Enjoyed orchestra entertainment in the Queen Plaza. Amusement part right across the street from the Yokohama Bay.

It’s amazing. Port view. Great size. Very comfortable. It even had a humidifier which was a nice touch. Also close to the subway and in a very nice and vibrant area, with lots to do!

The location was perfect for me - probably more on the entertainment side of the city rather than the business side, although access to transport was very quick and easy so nowhere was out of reach. Close to Chinatown, and a nice walk along the waterfront to other parts of the city. The hotel itself was modern and exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was good quality, and varied.

Yokohama is a great place to visit if you are a traveler. A lot of hotels to stay in, and the train (Yokohama station) is just right there. You will never get lost. You can also visit local pubs and restaurants nearby the station.

Location of the hotel is fantastic.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. The views of the bay are stunning at night. The public bath was also amazing and enormous check process was only through QR and this makes it a bit difficult for people who may not have a smart phone. They should try to assist such people.

lots of shopping area and food in chinatown and lumine lots of hotels and view is so awesome at night food is really nice and hammer head and souvenirs are so much in varities and many lovely cafes hotel buffets is really a great place for party gaatherings except lack of karakoe in most hotels people who love to sing cant find it

We have been to Japan nine times and have stayed in Yokohama seven times . There are literally hundreds of places to eat There is very easy rail access to Tokyo and beyond An extremely safe and friendly city

Close to the cruise ship terminal, easy to walk around to China town and along ocean side. The area was sad and clean. Across the street from museum and loads of great restaurants. The room is well laid out and clean. The staff excellent help. Check in on the second floor. Staff kept our luggage until check in. Yokohama is easy to get around at. No complaints

Yokohama is a wonderful city with plenty to see and explore. It also offers a wide range of food options to choose from. Our family especially enjoyed Cosmo World, World Porters, and the CupNoodles Museum.

One of the largest APA hotels in Japan. Well-organised check-in, even quicker with the APA card. 2 sets of elevators, divided by the floors. Compact room, well laid out, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. FamilyMarket on the 4F, usually crowded, but with good selection. WiFi easy to access and speedy. Towels and supplies provided on request, eco-friendly cleaning schedule. Good access to the main streets, and the Red Brick Warehouse area. APA President Curry restaurant on ground floor!

Very cool hotel, somewhat hidden away on a side street, with an austere, elegant feel. Bedroom was a huge low futon on a step-up in a tatami room. All black with a white bed. Shower/bath tub Japanese style, which was very enjoyable. Very private and quiet. A great section of Yokohama, with lots going on outside, with some fun restaurants. Wonderful spot that we hope to return to.

The Splaisir is at a great location, just 5 minutes away from Yokohama station, with covered walkway and links to all the big shopping malls - NEWoman, Sogo and Takashimaya. There is even a very good bakery within the hotel right next to the reception! The rooms and even the bathrooms are spacious...not a common sight in Japan.

Every staff is sooooooo great! When we checked in, checked out, our asked something, they are very friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. Next time I visit Yokohama I hope they can keep such amazing service quality. This hotel is definitely my best experience of my Japan travel.
