Had a wonderful couple of nights. We had a jnr suite with a view of mount Fuji... WOW. The hotel was exceptionally clean, with traditional touches... Yukata's and Geta provided. The Onsen was amazing be brave and try it.. male and females separate but nudity a requirement. On the banks of Lake Yamamanaka. For coffee and Breakfast try Paris a lovely little place.

Perfect position overlooking the lake. The town iis the perfect base to view Mount Fuji with picture perfect lake and ..... No crowds!!! Plenty of restaurants around. The guests house has great size rooms and a shared shower/onsen which works really well with great hair and face products.

We loved the tranquil, green oasis of Sansui Resorts Yamanakako. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The room was spacious, quiet and clean, prefect for our family of four. We had room to spread out and enjoyed the view. It was a quick drive down to the lake where we enjoyed views of Fuji and coffee. Breakfast here was perfect as it included all you can eat cooked and continental food including yoghurt, cheeses, beans, chicken nuggets, eggs and many fresh fruit snd veges. We were sad to leave and would recommend to everyone.
