Very comfortable room, amazing amenities - I loved the tea and coffee selection, as well as the beautiful ceramic tea set available, and having bath salts ready in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The common areas in the hotel were elegant, and the garden view from each floor added to the ambience.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in Japan. The room is spacious, super clean and modern. Breakfast is excellent and has a wide range of Japanese and Western food. The hotel's location is very conveniently located. Shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants, train station are all located within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we revisit Kanazawa in the future.

Great central location close to castle and market. Clean big room with washing machine that is easy to use and very helpful. Really nice hotel to stay and also good variety for breakfast.

Great location, not too far away from the station and near the city center, and the castle. Had a pretty big room with a bench and a big bed. The bathroom was very good too. And free bath powder so could bathe every day

The hospitality and kindness of the staff really stood out to me. The staff makes you feel so welcome. They have recommendations on virtually anything you can think of—whether food, sights, or activities. These staff recommendations were nice because it shows that the hotel itself values the individuals' perspectives. The music bar was great. The aesthetic was clean and the location was fantastic because I literally walked everywhere from the hotel. The bed and pillows were some of the most comfortable I've had the pleasure of sleeping on in Japan. And the rooms were really spacious.
