Comfortable family apartment. Have everything you need. This is the only house provides basic seasonings during our trip in Japan. Feels like at home. Make it possible to buy from the market and cook to save money. Parking in front of the block. Host is kind and provides lots of useful information before checking in. Fresh flowers on the table. A lot of interesting decorations around.

We didn't have the breakfast but everything else was perfect. The spa is divine, the rooms spotless and the kimonos were super comfy and cute. I loved the extra touches (chocolate milk for after your bath, a sweet on arrival, tea in your room etc) . The staff were helpful and friendly and let me use the phone to call ahead to the next hotel.

Great location, not too far away from the station and near the city center, and the castle. Had a pretty big room with a bench and a big bed. The bathroom was very good too. And free bath powder so could bathe every day

Great location and amenities and super friendly staff. I particularly loved the hotel’s recommendations guide/Google maps lists - as someone with dietary restrictions and often struggling with decision paralysis, I can’t iterate enough how handy/stress-free this made organising meals for me! The music bar was lively and if not for exploring other places I’d have loved to spend more time there. A great experience!
