The igloo style tent was amazing. Inside it was very warm and cozy even with the -13 degree weather outside. Amazing amount of food was waiting for us in our room / tent. The beds were the most comfortable we have slept in on our trip to Japan.

Wow! Loved every aspect of this accommodation! The location. The furnishings all new but beautifully rustic. The surrounding forestry/ local walks and river.. The full amenities of the cabin. Full kitchen. Open plan living room with comfy bed futons! Great bathroom with washing machine. Great host!! Many thanks Kazu for meeting and greeting us at your lovely woodland cabin! Takashi-san the PIC of this stay treated us like his own family. I travelled along with my parents and my kids to stay here for Tomamu Skiing resort experience, and we had wonderful experience. Takashi-san was very helpful throughout our stay, and he even go extra miles to assist us with some bookings, itinerary advice, great food around. Thank you so much Takashi-san, we will come back

Easy check in, friendly host, Host was kind & considerate, he even went as far a to gift us some food for our travels which unexpected yet thankfully welcome. Room was clean tidy as was the bathroom facilities. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Breakfast was a simple but nice experience where we could cook our own bacon, eggs, and toast. The hosts were really nice and friendly people, very helpful in suggesting places to go as well as with planning leave and return timings. They had also written us placards to be used as signs for hitchhiking if there wasn't any more public transport available. The room was nice and cosy with futon beds, and had coffee and tea which we could take freely.
