The villa is quite spacious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The living area and dining area were really nice to relax in. The kitchen was really good, tons of space. It was stocked with lots of pots, dishes, glasses etc.... Tissue and paper towels were placed all over the house. Really good place!

Everything! It was exactly what we needed after a day's hike. We arrived at 5pm super hungry and they were flexible to get us dinner. The room were cosy authentic and comfortable, simple. The onsen was peaceful. The food was AMAZING, we had fish, sushi , hotpot , steak and the sobu noodles for just 20ish euros per person. We slept super good and when we had to leave the next morning they got us a taxi.

We had a wonderful stay at Heta in the family room, Kazu our host was very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, Kazu also manages a cozy bar below the accommodation serving excellent cocktails and provided us with good company at the end of a long day on the slopes! Bonus features were the use of onsite sauna steam room and onsen every night and onsite laundry facilities We hope to return again next season!

I loved absolutely everything. The room was kept nicely with a view of the slopes. As a vegan, I'm not used to being accommodated, let alone the delicious feast that I got for breakfast and night. Do yourselves a favour and book food as well as board - they take such care with these meals and they're delicious. The staff were lovely and kind, and were happy to chat to me - I don't know if they speak English though.
