It's 3 min. Walk from Narita's JR Station. The personal was very friendly and very accommodating, as I arrived around 1 pm. They let me do an early check-in (I'm well aware that it is rare and only possible upon availability), they were very attentive and even sent me a message with indications to the hotel's location from the JR Station (very on spot and clear). It has a bus shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient and had the opportunity to use. The room even had a pot with hot water ready for me to use.

I loved staying in this hotel, it has everything and more you can expected at a very fair rate! The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet, no sounds around, and with very nice views to the Pagoda, even a convenient store inside the hotel.
