Very convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was a nice tasty assortment of options, the airport shuttle was a nice option I took advantage of. With Narita station so close if the shuttle time isn't ideal you could easily use that, but having the shuttle was even easier. Great stay option for layovers and early flights.

It's 3 min. Walk from Narita's JR Station. The personal was very friendly and very accommodating, as I arrived around 1 pm. They let me do an early check-in (I'm well aware that it is rare and only possible upon availability), they were very attentive and even sent me a message with indications to the hotel's location from the JR Station (very on spot and clear). It has a bus shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient and had the opportunity to use. The room even had a pot with hot water ready for me to use.

Our stay was great for the price we paid. Location is great for the airport due to a free shuttle bus that takes around 30 minutes, and if you miss the last one from the Keisei Narita station it's not that far to walk to the hotel (even at night it felt comfortable). The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was wonderful! Bathtub very comfortable and smart toilet. There are two convenience stores with one outside being 24/7 and one inside open until 11pm.

The owner was very kind. Snacks, drink and yogurts were provided. We stayed one night to catch the plane the next day. I didn't expect much of the hotel, and it exceeded my expectation due to the cleanliness and the price. The owner went the extra miles to deliver the best service and experience. If you read this, the owner, please accept my gratitude. It was the three of us who checked in late and left at 11AM the next day when you called us.
