Everything. From the moment we arrived in front of hotel, until the moment we left the hotel back to airport. Sublime service. The very polite lady from the bell desk even continue waived us good byes accros the street! That was really touched our hearts. We got a room upgrade just as we arrived, the staff was very helpful and they also gave us a free shuttle to the metro/airport at our date of checkout. The rooms are incredibly spaceous and you won't miss a thing. We were also able to rent two mini bycicles for free to ride to the metro which took around 10-15 minutes. If you're okay with the location, this Hotel offers everything you can ask for.

It was my first time visiting fukuoka with my family and i must say it was the best decision made to stay at this hotel. The bed was very spacious and room with balcony was very clean as well. The rooftop bathtub is highly recommended to use as free coffee was kindly served by the hotel as well. I would def love to revisit the hotel!
