The place is very clean and equips with everything you need for a night stay. They even have free drinks in the fridge including beers for guest. Room size is good as well. Quiet neighbourhood near the temple. I would stay there again if I return to Nagano.

Amazing location and stunning view! The apartment is super cozy, clean and very spacious. Very well equipped and excellent communication with the host. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, our stay was lovely.

The location, staff, room, facilities and amenities. Hotel looks quite new. Luggage storage was quite professional. There was a nice onsen on the 11th floor, but I did not have time to make use of it. I would certainly stay here if I ever return to Nagano City.

Very practical location, 10 minutes from the station, strong wifi, amazing breakfast (Japanese style, very well explained for foreigners, and some western pastries). All the amenities you can think of, we were with our 10-months baby, and the staff was super helpful and nice. Very practical if you want to do daytrips.
