The hotel is located in a quieter part of Umeda which I prefer but surprisingly is within short walking distance to the Osaka & Umeda train stations as well as the commercial area. Standard fares such as Family Mart and Starbucks are just by the hotel. There are a number of second-hand stores one street away. Great and reasonably-priced restaurants serving all kinds of authentic Japanese dishes are next door. Moreso, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are big -- total of about 40 sqm -- much bigger than the usual Japanese hotel. It comes with superb bathroom toiletries not usually offered by even other 5-star hotels and for the ladies, the room comes with a powerful hairdryer. A favorite amenity is their yukata or pajamas. Needless to say, staff hospitality and service is superb in the way that the Japanese are known for.

An amazing hotel that offers all the luxury one can want! The room was large, clean and had all the little details that makes a room great! The bathroom was large and comfortable and the room offered a nice view of the river from the 11th floor. The staff was very helpful and kind.

We loved x3 the hotel . I had very little expectation from the hotel (was just looking for somewhere to rest whilst in Osaka), so this made the experience much better. Location: The hotel is right above the train station which made commute very easy. View: it was an excellent view of the city from the 32nd floor especially at night (free of charge) . I think the building is even higher than the Umeda sky building . I particularly loved seeing the trains coming in and out of the station. Stunning Food : Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. We really enjoyed the meals Room : The hotel is modern in design and we loved the furniture . The rooms are not too big but the room look quite spacious by maximising the space . Things are tucked away in cupboards so the room looks simple and not too busy. The toilet is very modern. Bed was very soft and so we slept like babies . I have read about people being affected by the noise from outside but this was not an issue for us. we were not disturbed by any noise. Overall - It is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed in a number of hotels . Again, having little expectations was one if the major factors for this. The staff were very polite and helpful . Kudos to whoever designed the hotel and the rooms - we think you did a fantastic job. On the last day , we had to wait a few minutes for a table for breakfast on Sunday morning but I excused this by understanding that just like me, a lot of people will return to the hotel . The staff did their best to manage the situation. We will not hesitate to book this hotel if we come again to Osaka. * This was a personal experience and I do not like hyping/praising things so that people are not disappointed due to their expectations . So my advice would be that if you are looking at booking the hotel based on this review , then do so with an open mind and not have high expectations. More importantly , just try to enjoy your stay*

The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from JR Osaka Train Station. The room was, quiet, very clean and really comfortable, with great views of the city skyline. The breakfast was tasty, with a good selection of foods. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We appreciated a lot the fact that they offered a gift for my husband's birthday (nice chocolates and a bottle of wine). We really felt welcomed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service throughout our stay was consistently attentive without being intrusive. A standout feature was the excellent Chinese restaurant on-site — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on our next visit. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and excellent service.

Extremely new and modern - definitely felt more luxurious than a typical 3 star hotel. Massive room with sofa, huge TV and extra large bathroom. Location is great for Shin-Osaka, and it was a short subway ride into the central part of Osaka.
