Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

The bed was very comfy, everything was clean, and the breakfast was good. You can see whether there's a congestion in the breakfast room via the TV in your room. It's helpful when you can see whether there's room enough or whether to wait for a few minutes. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. i do love to stay here because it really close with yamanakako lake and with view of fuji mount . and owner house are very nice and i like how he communicate . And also theres free snacks ! . facility are super complete , theres so many heater so dont worry if feel cold
