The room was very spacious. There was both a conventional bedroom with western style beds and a tatami mat room with foutons. The living room and kitchen were very well stocked, very large. The location is amazing, a short walking distance from odawara station and right in front of osaka castle. Would definitely recommend this place.

So far my best accommodation through out my 2 weeks vacation in Japan. Should have 2 nights here. The castle is walking distance. Train station is like 10 min walks. House is super super clean. I am falling in love with Odawara town. Very beautiful.

Really cozy little place with futon that gives you a good sleep. The self serve breakfast is good. The hot spring bath is shared with other guest but is used by single group at a time. We had a good bath. It's a no staff accommodation but you can feel the warm welcome. I will recommend it to my friends.
