Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

The customer service is AMAZING. They speak english (rare in Japan), they were kind and even helped us find a bag we forgot in a buss calling and asking for us. They also helped us calling our next accomodation (in other city) to arrange late checkin! 3 Minutes from Mt Fuji station, vital in this area. They also provided very nice suggestions about the area. Clean and comfortable (rare in Japan). Absolutely recommended.

Automatic check-in & check-out process, good point for those who love automation. There is always staff supporting this step. Breakfast is disappointing, has limited options, no fresh fruits. Close to the station and good noise isolation.

The plus points are that there is a free bus to Fuji-Q...

The plus points are that there is a free bus to Fuji-Q Highland, which is very convenient if you're going to Fuji-Q Highland (advance reservation required). The parking lot is very spacious and free. The free breakfast is also very good. Although I didn't use them, there is a coin laundry, microwave, and water server. The minuses are: The hotel was a little difficult to find, and the car navigation system didn't work properly. Also, the railroad crossing near the hotel is very narrow, only wide enough for one car. Convenience stores and restaurants are a little far away.
