The house is spacious and very clean, with everything you need provided. The location is great close to Nanae Snowpark and Onuma National Park. It’s peaceful, surrounded by snow, and truly magical. The host, Kaiki, is very friendly and kind. I hope to come back again someday.

With my wife we stop here on our way to Sapporo. The Onuma quasi national park was amazing itself, lots of birds and the path along the lake is awesome. The hotel was an experience. The interior design with beautiful wood crafted statues made the stay exceptional. I am a smoker and even if in the hotel is not alowed to smoke, the smoking room was comfortable and easy to reach. The rooms are big, extremely clean and there is all you need in them. The view on the lake from our room was great. We had the breakfast which was varied and of high quality. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs, and for my wife, which is vegan, they arranged a great breakfast too. Finally consideration the staff. They all speak English, they are extremely polite and will to help you in order to make your stay pleasant. I absolutely recommend a stay in this hotel to enjoy the wonder of this naturalistic area!

Very good location, just one minute from station. You can actually see the hotel from the station. Very convenient for an overnight stopover. Good size rooms, great beds, super facilities.

It has a unique outdoor onsen, the lake is literally below you, beautiful at night and during the day too! The onsen is available all night. It was snowing when we arrived, it was so beautiful! The staff could speak English, they were so kind. There is a large free parking lot and a bakery. The hotel is very comfortable with a small kid, spacious and clean, no smoke smell, dark and silent at night. The bed is very good. Comfortable cotton pajamas are given. The breakfast is truly exceptional with local specialities and magnificent views to Mount Komagatake. We could sit in the VIP room as a family. We bought bentos for dinner at the Hakodate Red Brick Warehouse Sushi place in Hakodate, I can warmly recommend them.
