Amazing place to stay if you are doing the Kumano Kodo trail. Clean, simple, has everything you need and the staff is lovely! very Japanese style and cool place full of music instruments. They gave me a delicious dinner for free and the food was very good. Was just the experience I was looking for in this path.

The Cottage is just near the restaurants, bakery and supermarket. It has amazing views of the rice fields and mountains. The typical japanese style livingroom is really cozy. There are a lot of mosquitos everywhere in the village (it is normal if you are sorrounded by nature). Fortunately, the place was equipped with mosquito nets.

Brand new house, with all the equipments that you would want and more. The house was very clean and relaxing. Had my best night of sleep in a while! Some food was offered (e.g rice, noodles, pata etc) Check-in was super efficient. Bus is 1min away so it is super convenient to go to a town closer to Yunomine and start your hike.
