The location was excellent - connected to the train station. There is a huge shopping mall with loads of dining facilities that can be reached without leaving the building. The bus and tram stop is just a 4 min. walk inside the station building away. Very quiet, modern and comfortable rooms. Like all rooms in Japanese business hotels, ours was very small, but we found enough space to stow our two suitcases and two trolleys well.

They were happy to store our luggage for us from 7.30am of the day we were checking in. Checkout process was non existent, you just shut your door and left. There is a free drinks (including cocktails, spirits, wine) happy hour which lasts 6pm to 9pm, self serve. Breakfast was included in the price and was extensive and delicious. It was close to the train station. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Instead of being available in your room, there was a supply area in reception where you could freely stock up on whatever you needed in the way of toiletries, tea/coffee bags, extra pillows and towels.
