Everything's perfect!!! We loved staying there! The property is new and looks exactly as seen in the picture. We really had a pleasant stay. The location is close to Hakodate St., but because of the snow we struggled to bring our luggage. The staff was friendly too :). Will definitely come back!

Tokyu Stay is a consistently reliable choice, offering great locations along with practical and well-thought-out amenities. Location: The hotel is right next to Hakodate JR Station and easy to spot as soon as you step out. The Morning Market is literally next door, making it very convenient for meals and sightseeing. It’s a pleasant walk to the Red Brick Warehouses, and a slightly longer but still enjoyable walk to the ropeway station. We also used the tram to get around the city. View: Our room had a lovely view overlooking the old Hakodate pier and the Hakodate City Seikan Train Ferry Memorial Museum Mashū-maru, adding to the overall charm of the stay. Amenities: Having a washing machine in the room was incredibly convenient and helped us manage most of our laundry during the trip. The small kitchen was a nice extra, even though we didn’t end up using it much. Facilities: The lounge offers a pleasant view and a comfortable space to relax. The onsen area is on the smaller side, but it was still a welcome feature after a day of exploring.
