The warm receive was amazing. The staff is very friendly and are very attentive. They could manage a big group of mexicans very well! We really felt welcomed. Also, besides de convinient location (train station, a mall and great restaurants nearby) the rooms are big, confortable and clean. I can only congratulate the team of Glanz Kei :D

22 pieces is a hidden gem! We stayed 3 nights, two adults and an eight year old in an apartment with three beds. The room was wonderful, the decor is beautiful, with a really high end finish. We loved the separate shower room, Dyson hairdryer and toaster oven. All staff were very helpful and friendly. We just wish we could have stayed longer - both to see more Kyoto but also to have more time at this hotel!

We booked this hotel mainly for its location—right across from the train station—which made getting around by taxi or rail incredibly convenient. The room photos looked great too, but what truly surprised us was how spacious the room actually was compared to our previous stay in Tokyo. Having that much extra space was fantastic. Having no "visible" reception staff to check-in was a new thing for us, and we needed assistance which we got immediately and from then on it was just a matter of using a PIN code to enter the hotel lobby/lifts area. It felt like we were just going home to our apartment with nobody around, and no lingering guests congesting common areas as such in a typical hotel scenario - I really enjoyed this aspect. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
