The location is so, so convenient. It was easy to find my way to the hotel, simply by going via Exit 5 at Tenjin station. The underground shopping street is easily accessible from the hotel as well. Overall, the facilities are well maintained and the views from the hotel lobby and lounge are great!

Onsen was good! I was there on Saturday and Sunday around 15:30 and there was only 2 other person (I was even alone 1 day!) so it was really relaxing! The room had good air conditioning and the bed and clothes provided were great!

Quality is the same as you see in photos, with good balcony facing river, excellent locations to restaurants, walking distance to 天神 & Canal City, 20mins walk from Hakata Station. I stayed with family of 3, and definitely will come back as it’s value-for-money. Plenty of parking spaces nearby, and taxi to airport costs only ¥2000+.

The room looked exactly like the photos and was actually larger in real life. The furnishings were rather new and well maintained, and the beds and sofa were very comfy. The overall cleanliness was also very high, while the kitchen was well stocked. Regarding the layout of the room, the toilet and shower/bath are separated, while the beds are located near the entrance of the room. The soundproofing was fantastic as we did not hear much of the traffic downstairs or from the other guests. We had a fantastic experience and would greatly recommend this accommodation to our families and friends.
