It featured minimalist Japandi style design and decor, was kept beautifully clean, and the home- cooked, Korean-style breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The lady owner was very kind, efficient and helpful, with excellent suggestions on where to eat and what to do in the area. She even helped us arrange an on-site massage.and gave us a lift to the starting point of our hike. We left behind a charging cable, and she messaged us to ask where our next stop was, and mailed the cable back to us.

We had a truly wonderful seven-night stay at Hotel Yagajiso and could not imagine a better place or more wonderful hosts. From the very first moment we felt warmly welcomed by Taro and his family. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and you can truly feel the care, passion and heart that went into reopening it. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and a real highlight of every morning. We also loved exploring Yagaji Island by bicycle, it was such a joy and so convenient to be able to rent bikes directly at the hotel. Taro was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, he assisted us with taxis, recommended wonderful restaurants and even made reservations for us, which was a huge help and something we truly appreciated. Everything was spotless, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, and the kindness of the hosts made our stay even more special. This is one of those places and trips that stay in your heart for a long time. We will remember it fondly, happily recommend it to everyone, and truly hope to return one day! 🖤
