The place is very clean and equips with everything you need for a night stay. They even have free drinks in the fridge including beers for guest. Room size is good as well. Quiet neighbourhood near the temple. I would stay there again if I return to Nagano.

I simply adored everything: the building is very beautiful, sophisticated and cozy. The renovation of the building, using so much wood, if just incredible. The room was very comfortable, with a comfortable bed, nice table for the computer and also nice sofa to read. The restaurant had very soft and nice music and the meals were simply delicious: they were always different, using local and sometimes wild products, like flowers. The staff was very helpful and sweet.

Very very close to Nagano Station. There’s also a 7-11 nearby too. I did not get her name but the reception staff lady was also very helpful and courteous. Communication with her was easy and her English was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Nagano next time.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet room with obviously good sound isolation as the hotel is located literally in front of the rail station. Free slippers and toothbrushes we didn’t use to participate in their activities to lower plastic consumption - to be praised! Pajamas were available too.

We stayed at this hotel before. It has great location and spacious, clean room. Our room was on the high floor and had a mountain view. The breakfast is fantastic with Japanese cuisine. Both hotel front desk staffs and restaurant staffs are kind and polite. Hotel has coin laundry. Hotel offers e-bike rental service, but we didn't use it.

Room was way more than I was expecting, stayed for one night, wish I could've stayed another! Room size was big for Japanese standards with a great view of the city and mountains. There were plenty of amenities (The coffee/tea machine was fun to use!), lots of nice relaxing bathroom treats too, thank you! Shower was great and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The cinnamon rolls and fresh apples were delicious! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!! ありがとうございます!
