The service and the facilities were exceptional. I liked the way everything was presented. Decor was well thought out and everything in the room was great. I loved the amenities provided in the room (coffee, tea, etc). All the tableware were also very classy and beautiful. Everything. From the moment we arrived in front of hotel, until the moment we left the hotel back to airport. Sublime service. The very polite lady from the bell desk even continue waived us good byes accros the street! That was really touched our hearts. We have been around the world staying in top luxury resorts and hotels, but we never encountered such personal attention and care to their guests! Simply amazing service culture!
