We rented the bicycles - included in our stay. Excellent for traveling around. The staff was super helpful in sorting any questions we had and helped us schedule a taxi back to the airport. The breakfast was delicious and they worked hard to accommodate my cousin's allergy to gluten. The rooms were spacious and perfect for a stay filled with water sports. The laundry machines were very convenient.

This folk house is unique and pretty exquisite. You would be surprised by exploring this diverse and elegant space on a remote island. I mainly used LINE and AI tool (e.g. POE) to communicate with the house owner Iwamoto. He would take the initiative to take care of you, such as your intinerary, personal belongings and safety. Don't be shy to seek his help. He is very nice.

The hotel is very modern, extremely clean, and the service is excellent (they speak English). The breakfast is perfect, you practically have all the options of local dishes prepared by real chefs. One of the best parts of the day was breakfast time! I will definitely return to this hotel.

Friendly staff and great facilities, especially for families with kids. There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back. They also have a lovely bath house. Eco cleaning is offered and the selection in the breakfast buffet was very good and diverse. Indoor pool was temporarily closed.

Great location in the centre of town with many restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable and many complimentary amenities were provided, even including beauty face masks. The manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful and even came to the hotel after hours to check on any issues. We would like to say thank you to him for his excellent service!

The hotel is next to the Ishigaki port. Near the Main Street. The traffic is very convenience. All the waitresses are nice and kawaii. Communicate in English is ok.
