The location was very nice and calm, 20' by car from Yame. A great spot to stay in to visit the green tea locations around. It has several grocery and convenient store around. However, could be hard to access without own transport. The owner was so nice, very attentive and really wanted to make you feel comfortable. He even offered to take me to laundry/grocery store. The room was a traditional Japanese room, it was very clean and comfortable. It comes with several amenities, including a fridge and a kettle. Overall, a great stay!

We loved our unique stay in this modern, renovated but traditional home. The furniture and appliances were all well maintained and we felt really comfortable. The location of this home in the town of Yame was very convenient as well, a lot of restaurants are near and the crafts museum and tea shops are a walking distance away. One of our highlights of Yame were the hosts of this home. All of them were really warm, sweet and helpful. We want to especially thank the young woman who helped us with our luggage. Her energetic, positive and smiley personality made our day and stay. Lastly we were very happy with the breakfast. The meal was light and refreshing. The ingredients are carefully sourced and the meal was thoughtfully explained.

Exceptional food, if you stay multiple days, the restaurant takes care to vary your meals. The location is really nice, the whole building is in nature, you could hear crickets in the evening out of your room. Surroundings offer forest walks.

Amazing and spacious room with very comfortable beds. The breakfast Kaiseki was delightful located in a separate historical building.

Everything! Great staff , breakfast , room (suite) Is big , with nice views and super well equipped. Bed super comfortable. The whole Place was well cleaned. The nearest train station Is about 12 Mins walking

Really good value for money - big room, quality fixtures and fittings, jacuzzi bath, good breakfast, polite and friendly service. Didn't bat an eyelid when I came in muddy and wet from a day cycling, and the receptionist worried (unnecessarily) about my bicycle being left out in the heavy rain.
