Location is great especially when we have an early flight. The hotel provide free shuttle to Kansai airport and the ride is only 15-20 mins. Also, the premium outlet is just 15 mins walk from the hotel and there are 2 Lawson nearby ,,, excellent !

We absolutely loved our stay! The garden was stunning with its autumn colors, and our tatami room was so spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff were incredibly kind, and the shuttle service made everything so easy. Having breakfast with that amazing view was the perfect start to each day. I definitely recommended this! Friendly staff, easy to find from train station, the room was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Flexible check in times. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially with our luggage transfer to our next hotel.

The room was nice and clean, although a bit small, but it was no problem for one night. Since we checked-in very late and checked-out early in the morning, we did not get the opportunity to explore all of the facilities, like lounge area or a public bath. The hotel is focused around airport and air travel - they have a baggage area (where you can pack and weight your luggage), a free airport shuttle running from early morning, and provides baggage transfer services. The hotel even has a convenience (Lawson) store inside the building, that is open 24/7!

Very convenient for the airport, and incredible views of Osaka from the room. The room itself is huge, comfortable and quiet on a high floor. Probably my favourite place to stay in the Osaka area, and I usually stay in this hotel every time I have the opportunity. Breakfast is delicious including Japanese and Western style options. Somehow the price was extremely low, even cheaper than a capsule hotel on the dates I stayed...
