Location is great especially when we have an early flight. The hotel provide free shuttle to Kansai airport and the ride is only 15-20 mins. Also, the premium outlet is just 15 mins walk from the hotel and there are 2 Lawson nearby ,,, excellent !

We chose this place as we had an early flight from KIX airport . And we did very well!!a very polite gentleman picked us up from the station. The room was modern, clean with excellent comfy beds. The villas are in a beautiful Japanese garden. The same polite gentleman took us to the airport next morning. The best value for money. We totally recommend it!!

I definitely recommended this! Friendly staff, easy to find from train station, the room was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Flexible check in times. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially with our luggage transfer to our next hotel.
