I like the quite and cleanliness of the Hotel. It's not close to the Narita but they provide Free shuttle to the Airport, Narita Station and Aeon Mall which is great! Their facilities like pool and gym are very usefull when I had a free time. They also have a 7/11 on the ground floor which is convenient. They provide complementary use of the Yurakujo Spa. My 2 day stay at International Resort was a blast. Thanks!

The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and professional. He started to speak in Mandarin after recognized where we came from, though we could talk in English, and offered nice gesture in answering all questions. Then location is great, close to two Lawson or 711. And the airport shuttle is super convenient. We will choose to stay here next time we are in Narita.
