Travel for busines. Great location, restaurants and konbini near by. I believe was good for families too, because saw families with kids having a good time at onsen and breakfast. Next business travel, will stay here again.

Excellent hotel, immaculately clean, friendly staff, great amenities and super close to the station. More of a business hotel I think buy we were fine as tourists. Coin laundry on site. Short walk to big supermarket, resturants and convenience stores. Great value for money. Easy walk to the zoo and park to see the red pandas.

For a group of 4 adults we had to book 4x single rooms which was awesome. The cost was minimal, the location fabulous with a fantastic supermarket virtually next door. Takefu was a breath of fresh air after bust Kyoto. Great overnight stop.

It felt like home away from home. We had access to the entire lower level of the house, including the kitchen, living areas, and bathroom, including a washing machine. There was an excellent drying sun room area attached to our lovely Japanese style bedroom, so we managed to catch up on our washing.. The futons were clean and comfortable. The host was so kind and really funny. We really enjoyed getting to know him and his friend who was visiting. Although it was in a remote area, it was easily accessible.via bus number 10 (1 hour) or about 30 mins by car from Fukui. The property is a hop, skip, and a jump to the ocean. The hosts also have a lovely camping ground by the seaside, not far from the house as another accommodation option. We loved our stay, and it was a great relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
