What a beautiful hotel! As travellers from Australia, the staff were so accommodating with the language barrier, and were so warm and welcoming. The buffet was absolutely incredible, facilities perfect, games room for our 6 year old, even a shop! The candy station was also a big hit! Definitely would reccomend!

This is a beautifully preserved old house, yet equipped with modern air conditioning, bathroom, and kitchen facilities. The spacious, clean room. The relaxation areas such as the lounge and the library. We liked the onsen, both the indoor and outdoor ones. The buffet dinner was excellent. It had many options and delicacies, both in western and Japanese. The dining area was spacious, serving staff were excellent.
