This was the best hotel I stayed in with my family this year! The professionalism and preparedness of the staff was exceptional frankly. But the human kindness with it was touching. My wife and daughter got lovely gifts and the next day my son as well: heartbreaking frankly. The quality of interior design, especially the tea lounge was enjoyable. The onsen had lovely details, an amazing view over the town, and complementary ice-creams the kids enjoyed. This was probably the highlight for my family during our Japan trip, due to hospitality care.

There are vending machine for re-heat food, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, microwave oven and unlimited coffee at the lobby. There is a nice cafe in front of the hotel where we had light breakfast. We had a wonderful stay!

Everything is superb by this host. The environment is clean and beautiful, also with a scent of historical building. The bundled dinner (Kaiseki) and breakfast were wonderful and delicious. All the services provided were outstanding and made us feel so much like home.
