Amazing place to stay. Loved the experience. The tour was incredible, dinner was a must (best meal I’ve had in Japan so far and all dishes come with different tea to suit) The hosts were honestly the nicest most patient people I’ve met great food suggestions for my next stop. One of the guests left their phone charger and the compassion and urgency to gather it and get them back to the bus stop in time was impressive. View from the rooms was top notch too. I’m not a traditional tea drinker. But this has made me realise how incredible the process and flavours can be. Just a lovely place to stay. Can’t recommend enough

This is an unmanned facility so we did not meet any staff but they emailed us all the information. The room itself was very spacious ,clean with amenities and very close to the station.
