Exceptionally clean and modern hotel with a dormitory room for backpackers like myself. Great location a short walk from Karatsu station. There is a cafe downstairs with breakfast options and there are many izakayas and other restaurants nearby for dinner.

Everything. The cute and comfy yukata. The traditional Japanese style room had a nice retro vibe, with a traditional low table and sliding doors separating the main room from the small one with the river view. The public bath was spacious and clean. The lounge had a great variety of drinks and snacks.

It is a love hotel directly on the beach in a very quiet area, the room was very large with all services, very fast wifi, very large bathroom, cleanliness, comfort, all satisfactory. The self check-in was very smooth. The hotel also offers a common room complete with fully equipped kitchen, washing machines and vending machines. Excellent value for money

Super well organised. Room was spotlessly clean. Staff were very welcoming. Everything you need in the room...fridge, microwave, kettle etc One of the containers had a laundry, vending machines. Next to a 7-Eleven.

I really liked the warm and cosy design of the room, which was very spacious, comfortable and outfitted with new and modern amenities. The sea view from the room is fantastic! The property is cosy and intimate with excellent meals that are well-organised and delicious! Susie, the host is very nice and good at English.She will tell you the history of this wonderful city. Also, she drove me to the JR Station when I could not get a taxi. The environment is nice and cozy, feel like being at home. I highly recommend this cozy home to you.

Everything was perfect. We stayed at West wing, in a wonderful double room and nice view on the beach. Every staff was so nice including those in the front desk and the concierge. I really appreciate the staff at the breakfast buffet who helped me (it was yesterday!) to find my lost phone in the restaurant: they did not speak English, but their attitude and help were so nice. The cook at Tepanakki was also very kind, and he served us wonderfully. I also appreciate Booking.com that transferred my message to the hotel. Frankly, one of the best hotels that I have ever visited in Japan. Thank you!!
